01 · The product
Trims for garments and nothing else. One factory in Lahore, and every metre of it braided or woven here rather than bought in.
Nothing leaves here half made
Eight processes, all of them ours, from the raw yarn to the sealed carton. Not one of them is placed with a workshop down the road.
The shade you sign off ships
Colour is our own risk and not a supplier’s. We run our own vats, so a repeat order placed in June leaves matching the one from January.
The audits your buyer asks for
ISO 9001, OEKO-TEX 100, GRS and Higg, all current, all from bodies your own auditors already know and can check with directly.

ProcessOne building
Four stages of the building, eight processes inside them, in the order they happen. Nothing in the sequence is sent out.

Cotton, polyester and spun polyester, taken to your reference and held until you pass the dip.
High speed automatic braiding — at this scale, the first in Pakistan. Belt and gallus woven to width on the same floor.
Twill tape 3M m · Webbing belt 300K m · Jacquard 100K m
Silicon, PVC, metal, plastic and rubber tips on computerised machines. Eyelets set and plated.
Checked piece by piece, not by sample, then counted into cartons with a packing list.
Factory tour
The four stages above, end to end, in one film — the same building, from the yarn going in to the cartons going out.

To a TCX number, to a physical swatch, or to a piece of your previous production. Below are the ones we have run so far, each approved as a dip before it ran. The label under each shade is the kind of reference it was matched to, not a code you can order against.

Indication only · Every colour on this page is a screen approximation, not a standard. The card is dyed cord on paper and it is the only version of these shades worth judging.
How a shade gets approved
Whatever you have — a number, a swatch, or a piece of last season's production. Four steps, and nothing runs until you have approved the dip in writing.
A TCX number, a physical swatch, or a piece of previous production. A screen grab is not a reference.
In our own dye house, on site. 90,000 kg a month of capacity, so your dip is not queued behind a bulk run.
D65 in a lighting cabinet, cross checked under TL84 and incandescent. Metamerism is caught here, not on your floor.
Try it in the cabinet →The approved swatch is retained here, so a repeat is matched to the same physical standard, not to a memory.
Illustration · Two colours can match in daylight and split apart under shop or warm light. That is metamerism, and it is why every dip is checked under all three.
Step 01 starts here
Screen proofs are not accepted as approval, so nothing you type here commits you to anything — it commits us to sending you a dip.
Quality & compliance

Ask us this: Will you accept a screen proof as approval? We will not tell you, and we will not tell them about you either. What we will say is that we supply trims to European and North American high street retailers through Pakistani export houses. A supplier who names their customers to win your business will name you to win someone else’s.
